CIRM

The CIRM program provides the leadership, framework and educational resources to help all organizations meet the challenges of today’s global marketplace. It is the educational framework individuals need to gain the knowledge they require to cope with, and to make and implement decisions in, an environment that is subject to rapid and constant change. 

The program consists of the following subjects:

bulletEnterprise Concepts and Fundamentals
bulletIdentifying and Creating Demand
bulletDesigning Products and Services
bulletDelivering Products and Services
bulletIntegrated Enterprise Management

The program's objectives are to develop multi-skilled persons who can:

bulletProvide effective leadership to self-directed work teams
bulletIntegrate resources for competitive advantage
bulletUnderstand the implications of all potential decisions
bulletMake decisions that will be in the long term best interest of an organization
bulletSuccessfully initiate and manage change within an organization
bulletContribute directly to the improved operational performance of an organization

For each of the above subjects, review courses run over a 30-hour tuition period. On successful completion of a course, candidates can enrol for the international exam, which can be taken at various exam centers.
