Introduction

Design is the conversion of a need or innovation into a product process or service that meets both enterprise and customer expectations. A design can result from an opportunity to satisfy an existing market need or from an innovation that creates the market need.

Target Group

This certification program is beneficial for Project Managers, Team Leaders, Aspiring Managers, Operation Staff, Consultants, Management, or other Professionals seeking to improve their decision-making abilities.

Course Objectives

Understand how to convert a market need or innovation into a product, process or service that meets the expectations of both the enterprise and the customer. It also explores the conceptual deign process from the identification of need through the definition of requirements, design creation and development, design testing and to the eventual implementation of the concept.

5 Days / 30 Hours

Entry Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in SCM, standard 10 or have obtained the certificate in Supply Chain Management.
