During this phase, the learner is required to design, implement and maintain those strategies that will unlock real value to the organisation. It is divided into two sections:
CPIM will allow the learner to acquire in-depth knowledge on the management of materials and capacity whilst CIRM will equip him with the necessary strategic knowledge to integrate a company to achieve a common goal.
