The Goal (Video) 

The Goal is an essential introduction to the Theory of Constraints. The video is based on the book: The Goal, which was written by Eli Goldratt. Briefly, it describes an organization in deep trouble. The manager is pressured to reduce cost and is threatened that the plant will be closed down. He then discovers that by doing the "right" things, like measuring the efficiency of his plant, is actually preventing him from making money.
